Our AI agents handle both reactive and proactive automation across various channels like calls, SMS, and email, while maintaining a single, coherent conversation thread. We are a small, fast-moving team with a mission to maximize conversational automation for high-touch businesses.

We need a motivated and ambitious Backend Engineer with hands-on experience building production backend systems. You should be comfortable hardening reliability, pushing down latency, evolving data models safely, and creating "paved roads" that make every other team faster.
