As a CRM & Omnichannel Marketing Specialist at Alumil, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s customer relationship management and omnichannel marketing strategies. The role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling the company’s CRM and multichannel communication ecosystem, with a strong focus on Infobip and customer data management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile developers (cross-platform and native).
• Ensure high-quality code, best practices, and continuous team development.

Mobile Architecture & Strategy

• Define and oversee scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile architectures.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and development frameworks.

Cross-Platform Development

We develop the mission-critical services that drive our company's operations, covering everything from the gaming platform to data-driven analytics. We operate as a small, highly experienced unit where architectural discussion and R&D are central to our workflow.

The Mission: We are looking for a proactive engineer to help us scale our high-load platform. Your focus will be a mix of stability, performance engineering, and new feature development. If you enjoy working with distributed systems and conducting performance-based R&D, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Python;
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures;
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar);
• Experience designing scalable backend systems;
• Good written English (for documentation and communication);
• Native Ukrainian (spoken and written);

Would be plus

• Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.);
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience working with high-load or distributed systems.
