The Bilingual Sales Specialist (commission only) plays a pivotal role in fostering fresh business connections within our established network of merchants. You will be responsible for maintaining ASIC miners, electrical infrastructure, and cooling systems — ensuring maximum uptime and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ASIC miners (Bitmain, MicroBT, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain electrical distribution, PDUs, and cooling systems to ensure continuous site operation.
• Diagnose and resolve miner performance issues, hashboard faults, and power irregularities.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of new miners and supporting infrastructure.
• Conduct network setup and monitoring for ASICs and management systems.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs, replacements, and downtime events.
• Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and junior technicians to ensure operational targets are met.
• Uphold site safety and compliance standards at all times.

About the role:

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on driving sales volume within a defined Western Canada territory (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Territories) by managing existing accounts and identifying, hunting, and qualifying new prospects. As a Project Coordinator you will play a critical role in the functioning of the Field Operations organization by providing support to the Professional Services team. This role is instrumental in providing high quality services to our customers. The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating on-site services – before, during, and after the visit. This includes reviewing Work Orders for accuracy, dispatching technicians, and generating RMA’s. The Project Coordinator will interact closely with Project Managers, as well as Field Technicians. Your job is to do everything you can in order to ensure on site service visits go as smooth as possible. Responsibilities also include gathering and checking important info before the installation, assistance to your fellow Field Operations team members, and occasionally other tasks as assigned.
