Gritter Francona is looking for a Video Producer that will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end production of animated educational videos supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD. The Video Producer oversees all phases of production, from project initiation through final delivery, ensuring that video products are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with contractual requirements.

Working collaboratively with project managers, scriptwriters, subject matter experts (SMEs), animated graphic/visual artists, voice talent, editors, and Government stakeholders, the Video Producer ensures that each production effectively communicates evidence-based information about trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), effective treatments, and co-occurring conditions. The Video Producer ensures all content reflects the National Center for PTSD's commitment to scientific accuracy, plain language, accessibility, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed communication while maintaining a serious yet hopeful tone that encourages treatment engagement.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Change Management Specialist that will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing organizational change management activities that support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Veterans Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization Portfolio. This role ensures that modernization initiatives are successfully adopted by preparing stakeholders, minimizing operational disruption, and facilitating the transition to new business processes, technologies, and ways of working.

The Change Management Specialist collaborates with Government leadership, Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), project managers, business owners, technical teams, vendors, and end users to develop and execute change management strategies that promote stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption. The role supports modernization efforts that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service delivery while ensuring sustainable implementation across VFMP operations.

Gritter Francona is looking for an Animated Graphic/Visual Artist to be responsible for planning, designing, and producing high-quality visual graphics, illustrations, animations, and multimedia assets that support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD's educational video initiatives. The role transforms evidence-based clinical information into engaging, visually compelling, and accessible animated content that educates Veterans, trauma survivors, caregivers, healthcare providers, and the general public about trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), effective treatments, and co-occurring conditions.

Working collaboratively with project managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), scriptwriters, instructional designers, and production staff, the Animated Graphic/Visual Artist develops visual content that accurately reflects scientific evidence while maintaining a serious, hopeful, and compassionate tone. All visual products must support the National Center for PTSD's commitment to accessibility, cultural sensitivity, and the respectful portrayal of individuals with diverse traumatic experiences.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Section 508 Compliance Specialist that will be responsible for ensuring that all digital products, multimedia content, documents, and communications developed in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and applicable Federal accessibility standards. The role supports the production of accessible educational resources that enable Veterans, trauma survivors, caregivers, healthcare providers, and the general public—including individuals with disabilities—to access evidence-based information about trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), effective treatments, and co-occurring conditions.

Working collaboratively with project managers, video producers, scriptwriters, technical writers/editors, graphic designers, videographers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and Government stakeholders, the Section 508 Compliance Specialist integrates accessibility requirements throughout the content development lifecycle. Logistics Analyst II supports the Program Manager Expeditionary Radars (PM ExR) Program Management Office (PMO) by providing logistics support to the PM ExR APM Logistics in preparation for Independent Logistics Review Assessments (ILAs) and in preparing other logistics-related documents, as needed.
