Responsibilities:

Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients and building trusted, long-term relationships

Managing client accounts from brief to delivery, including timelines, budgets, and day-to-day coordination

Translating business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, digital, and production teams

Coordinating and overseeing integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, radio, outdoor, and other channels

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard

Preparing and presenting proposals, presentations, reports, and campaign evaluations

Contributing to strategic discussions and offering input on campaign direction and execution

Liaising with external partners, suppliers, and collaborators when required

The work performed by this team directly protects the company from financial risk, reputational harm, and customer churn while ensuring fair and consistent outcomes for both customers and service professionals.
