We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Lead to lead the design strategy and execution of user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of user behavior to deliver intuitive, engaging, and scalable products.

Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for both desktop and mobile applications within DAS and NAS.

Deliver high-quality outputs including screen designs, interaction flows, and design specifications.

Develop strategic UX insights that support product evolution and maintain stakeholder engagement with the product roadmap.

Define and document scalable UX frameworks, design guidelines, and best practices for use across teams.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align UX goals with technical and business objectives.

Contribute to shaping the UX team's identity, workflows, and design culture.

Lead design reviews and mentor junior designers to elevate overall UX maturity.

Skills :

10+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work on both desktop and mobile platforms.

Proven experience developing and refining UX processes and systems in complex environments.

Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into elegant, intuitive digital experiences.

Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.

Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
