About the role

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Senior Systems Accountant will focus on the analysis, design and optimisation of all financial systems. You will bridge the finance and technology departments, ensuring financial systems are efficient, accurate and aligned with business objectives. You will be essential for optimising financial software, managing system integrations and providing data-driven insights to improve financial reporting and support informed business decisions.

Role Summary

This is a foundational leadership role to build and lead Soar's procurement function from the ground up. As the Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for creating the entire procurement framework, including all processes, policies, and systems.

In this hands-on role, you will lead high-stakes negotiations for all major purchases. A primary focus will be partnering with our Director of Enterprise Applications to manage the sourcing and commercial negotiation for our critical software stack (e.g., SAP, Hubspot, TMS, LMS). Beyond technology, you will own the sourcing strategy for all other corporate spend, ensuring we get the best value, manage risk, and maintain strict SAMA compliance.

The HORM will report to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and will oversee the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of all operational and technology risks. This role is also responsible for establishing the Fraud Risk Management Framework, with the Fraud Risk Manager reporting directly to this position.
