We are hiring on behalf of our client, an aggressively growing, well-funded fintech startup (Series A, $27.9M+ raised) on a mission to bring full transparency to global trading. They are replacing the opaque, offshore brokerage model with a transparent, permissionless trading stack built on-chain. By leveraging open, auditable code, we ensure that every trade, deposit, and withdrawal is verifiable. Backed by world-class investors including General Catalyst, Jump, and Susquehanna, they are looking for a Data Engineer to build the analytics engine that will power their next phase of growth.

The Role

As the Data Engineer for Internal Analytics & GTM (Go-To-Market), you will own the data systems that help them understand their users, optimize their growth motion, and drive better decision-making across the business. Your mandate is to turn raw on-chain and product data into reliable, self-serve analytics that fuel acquisition, retention, and revenue.

About the role:

We are looking for a lead analyst to help bridge the gap between strategic vision and execution behind our Collections and Recovery operations. We don't need you to be a collections expert! We can teach you about the industry. What we need is someone who naturally looks at a process and policies to maximize value and efficiency.

You will use data to determine how we move files through our system, which partners we use, and where we should be doubling down to improve performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fraud detection and prevention analytics strategies tailored to the B2B(Distribution / Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain) industry.
• Translate client requirements into actionable analytics solution designs and provide clear communication on project scope and deliverables.
• Utilize advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, emphasizing the value and impact of analytics solutions on client operations.
• Manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.

Requirements

We are a growth team responsible for basically the growth of the company. We are looking for a Performance Analyst who will own event tracking, attribution quality, and traffic efficiency across mobile and web products.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain event tracking for mobile apps and web platforms.
• Work with 3rd-party tracking platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer)
• Postback setup and reconciliation
• Integrate and support SDKs (mobile & web) in close collaboration with engineering teams
• Work with Google Firebase: event configuration and validation funnel, retention, and behavioral analysis
• Work with Google ICM and Facebook AEM
• Design and maintain server-to-server (S2S) tracking: client vs server-side event logic
• Monitoring and resolving data discrepancies
• Analyze traffic quality and data efficiency:

- Identify low-quality or fraudulent traffic
- Analyze cohort behavior, retention, LTV, and conversion paths

• Apply anti-fraud techniques:

- Detect abnormal patterns (click spamming, SDK spoofing, bot traffic, attribution fraud)
- Collaborate with platforms and ad networks on fraud prevention
- Build and maintain whitelists and blacklists of traffic sources, placements, and publishers
