About Analytics at LawnStarter

We're a small, senior analytics team supporting the entire company - product, marketing, operations, and finance all run on the data we serve. The foundation is solid: a centralized Redshift data warehouse where all source data lands, modeled in dbt and orchestrated by Airflow, with Segment feeding event data in. You won't be stitching scattered sources together - the platform exists; your job is to make it trustworthy and keep it that way. We're mid-migration to Lightdash as our single BI platform, replacing Tableau and Metabase.

Here's the honest gap: everyone on the team today is an analyst. Data quality, tracking standards, and platform hygiene get done as side work, squeezed between analyses. Nobody wakes up thinking about them - which is exactly the job we're hiring for.

We're looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our mobile sales knowledge platform that supports sellers on-the-go with training and quick-hit job aids. As an app maestro with content guru status, you'll orchestrate the symphony of our platform's performance, ensuring every user experience hits the right notes while prioritizing user engagement. About the role:

This role will provide data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and performance measurement support for an enterprise ITAM effort focused on improving asset accountability, lifecycle visibility, data quality, compliance, and operational decision-making.

The Research & Data Analyst will analyze ITAM-related data across hardware asset management and software asset management workstreams, develop reports and visualizations, identify trends and anomalies, and support data-driven recommendations for program leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst who can work with large or complex datasets, translate data into clear insights, and produce accurate, client-ready reporting products.
