VA is migrating to the Momentum cloud solution, configured for VA as Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS) and hosted in the VA Azure cloud. VA is gaining increased operational efficiency, productivity, agility, and flexibility from a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) cloud solution. The new system also provides additional security, storage, and scalability. We are seeking a Change Management SME to support this potential project.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Organizational Change Management SME shall assist the Government by providing recommendations as to implementation timelines for the remaining implementation areas: VBA Compensation and Pension, VBA VR&E, VBA Insurance, VHA remainder of Central Office, VHA VISNs and VHA Medical Centers, as well as Enterprise Acquisitions based on requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 years supporting large complex cabinet level agencies
  • 5 years supporting organizational change management communications for large complex Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) implementation
  • Certified expertise in training, change management, and communications
  • 2 years of Momentum experience
