We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager – Manufacturing Analytics to lead high-impact, client-facing analytics engagements. This role is centered on delivering ad hoc, insight-driven analysis across key business areas, including margin performance, sales and pipeline analytics, marketing effectiveness, market intelligence, and digital user journeys.

A significant portion of this role (70–80%) will involve building and presenting Weekly Business Review (WBR) decks for senior leadership, and conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. The remaining time will be dedicated to designing and developing scalable dashboards in Looker and other BI tools to drive business adoption and self-service analytics. This is a highly visible role requiring strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex, ambiguous data into clear business recommendations.
