Responsibilities:

Integration & Data Management:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead custodial data integration initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and production delivery.
• Data Mapping & Sync: Ensure custodial feeds are accurately ingested, normalized, mapped, and synchronized from Tamarac into Salesforce CRM.
• Data Quality & Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and pipeline bottlenecks.

The SME will assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impacts, workflow changes, implementation risks, and adoption barriers, and will develop practical strategies to support successful implementation across pilot sites and future national expansion.
