As an Applied AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging LLMs and various Machine Learning techniques to solve critical business problems, automate complex processes, and create groundbreaking AI applications across our product suite. This role requires a deep understanding of the business domain to ensure your technical output directly drives user growth, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.

Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of robusta's digital transformation programs for a diverse client base across various sectors and industries. This includes managing the digitization of existing operations and processes, as well as activating digital customer engagement channels.

Oversees Hyperone’s website and mobile app from a commercial perspective, managing the full commercial scope including planning, category management, digital advertising, partnerships, and marketplace operations. Leads a team of 17 members, including 5 direct reports, to drive online growth, optimize product performance, and enhance digital revenue streams

Senior Backend Engineer - Decentralized Perpetual Exchange

Location: Remote - US or EU if willing to overlap 6+ hours with ET

Compensation: $180K - $300K

We are the largest decentralized perpetual exchange on a leading Ethereum Layer 2 solution, processing over $20 billion in cumulative trading volume. Our mission is to bring global markets on-chain, enabling leveraged trading of real-world assets (commodities, forex, indices, stocks) alongside crypto, all with full self-custody. Backed by top-tier investors, we are a small team scaling critical infrastructure handling billions in volume and are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer who deeply understands crypto infrastructure.

You will build and scale the high-reliability systems that power our exchange, directly impacting billions in trading volume. This role requires navigating the entire stack, from reading blockchain state and decoding oracle message signatures to building high-performance APIs and data pipelines. You will be comfortable working close to the protocol layer while owning critical infrastructure that processes thousands of trades daily.

We are building the backbone of global decentralized finance (DeFi), operating the largest perpetual exchange on Arbitrum and processing over $20 billion in cumulative trading volume. Our platform enables leveraged trading of real-world assets (RWAs)—commodities, forex, indices, and stocks—alongside crypto, bringing global markets on-chain with full self-custody. Backed by General Catalyst and Susquehanna International Group, we are a small team providing institutional-grade reliability for a protocol handling billions in volume.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior or Lead Smart Contract Engineer to help scale our protocol as we expand to hundreds of markets and billions in daily volume. You will work directly with our founding team (backgrounds from Harvard, Bridgewater, and BlackRock) to architect and implement critical protocol upgrades and new market mechanisms for the next generation of on-chain derivatives.

This is not a junior role. We need an expert who has built and maintained perpetual Decentralized Exchange (DEX) smart contracts in production at scale.
