We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The TBA will gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring that delivered solutions meet both business objectives and technical feasibility. As a Founding AI Engineer, you'll be employee number three and will play a mission-critical role in scaling the company from the ground up. You will own major technical domains and work directly with the founder to establish the core technical foundations. The ability to close the end-to-end process quickly is a key part of the company culture.

You will be responsible for:

• Building core platform components that unify fragmented wealth management tools.
• Designing and building end-to-end AI-powered workflows that automate financial advisor processes.
