In this context, your missions will be as follows:

On the Quality side, you will participate in the management:

  • Updating quality documents (procedures, records, etc.)
  • Qualification of suppliers and monitoring of their commitments
  • Internal audits (from planning to reporting)
  • Gap management and CAPAs, with a real root cause analysis approach
  • Preparation of external audits (customers, ISO, etc.)
  • Monitoring and analysis of quality KPIs to detect drifts and propose solutions

Project (Field) Engineer

The Project (Field) Engineer will deliver assigned work packages with attention to detail, participating in their allocated team for the successful execution of project or tender.

The Project (Field) Engineers are expected to:

·     Pursue innovation and improvement in engineering & design practices.

·     Pursue the concept of 'Design for safety, function and practicality / economy of fabrication', in accordance with the DOF Engineering Manual, project BoD, Client expectations, budget and schedule.

·     Understand and apply industry codes / standards required to support specific project or tendering requirements

- including AS / DNV / API / IMCA / AISC etc.

·     Ensure all technical deliverables are concise, legible, accurate and in compliance with DOF standards & templates.

·     Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the DOF Engineering Manual.

Payroll Accountant

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T partner, is seeking a Payroll Accountant with strong payroll tax expertise to oversee compliance across multiple states and entities. This role is responsible for reviewing third-party tax filings and deposits, researching complex tax issues, performing withholding audits, and preparing supplemental reports for jurisdictions not covered by the vendor. The Payroll Accountant will also handle tax correspondence, update unemployment rates, liaise with tax authorities regarding notices or penalties, and support quarter and year-end activities, including W2 corrections and reconciliations.

This position will collaborate closely with Payroll, Accounting, and Human Resources to ensure accurate reporting of transferred employee wages and taxes while supporting additional tax projects, audits, and account setups or closures. Success in this role requires proven knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, experience with multi-entity and multi-state environments, strong Excel skills, and exceptional attention to detail. ADP Enterprise, ADP Reporting, and ADP Smart Compliance experience are highly preferred.

This position will report to our office in Richardson, Texas.
