We are looking for a Senior Jira Expert - Software Integrator to join our team of Integrators Consultants in Cairo, Egypt and to work mainly in Enterprise Implementation Environments (Banks, Telecom, Airlines, Governments, etc.) with main focus on Atlassian and Jira related projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

·        Implement Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management & related Atlassian products for Infosysta Clients as a complete solution such as Collaboration Solution, Tracking System, Agile Project Management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, Task Management, and more.

·        Configure & Integrate Jira & related Atlassian products with Client systems.

·        Provide Customer Support on-site or remote with high Quality of Service on Atlassian. Products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).

·        Collaborate actively with Developers & Technical Analysts in Infosysta in order to deliver the final project for Clients.

·        Accountable on high Quality of Service and Customer satisfaction.

·        Collect functional and technical requirements from Client when needed and write the technical specifications document.

·        Install, configure and run different tools integrated with Jira & Confluence.

·        Functional & Technical administration of Jira and Confluence.

* Candidate must be local to San Diego and work a minimum of 5 days in the office every 2 weeks.

This individual will be responsible for assisting with information security operations and projects.
