On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company within iGaming and online entertainment – we are looking for an experienced Swedish-speaking Regional CRM Manager to take full ownership of the Swedish market.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who truly understands Swedish player behaviour, local regulations, and CRM best practices, and who wants real influence over strategy, execution, and results.

As Regional CRM Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the full customer lifecycle strategy for Sweden. Your mission is simple (but not easy): drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value through smart, compliant, and data-driven CRM initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with product, content, design, and data teams, while acting as the go-to person for everything CRM related in your market.

Requirements

Native Swedish speaker with proven experience working with the Swedish market

Fluent in English, written and spoken

3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainment

Strong understanding of Swedish user behaviour, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape

Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar

Highly data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
