Token GTM & Operations Lead (TGE/Launchpad Focus)

Location: Remote - Asia - preference for Singapore and Hong Kong

Compensation: $120K - $180K

We are a rapidly scaling platform at the intersection of AI generation and Web3, enabling users to instantly build, launch, and monetize AI-generated applications with integrated token economics. With a substantial user base and app count, we are preparing for our public token generation event (TGE) and scaling a novel, IPO-style token launch mechanism for our ecosystem builders.

We are seeking a Token Go-To-Market (GTM) & Operations Lead to own the full lifecycle of our platform's upcoming token launch, from hype generation and execution to post-launch stabilization. This role also involves operationalizing our unique token launch mechanism for ecosystem partners.

This is an ideal role for a crypto-native operator who has experience running launchpads, token issuance pipelines, or market-structure functions, combined with a strong instinct for narrative, attention, and community growth.

You will own the entire front-side execution of our TGE, ensuring maximum growth, hype, attention, and community activation from pre-launch through post-launch momentum. This is a highly operational role requiring a hands-on approach to driving measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update profitability and cost-efficiency models for hosting services.
• Maintain several operational spreadsheets and dashboards, ensuring daily updates and 100% data accuracy.
• Prepare short reports, insights, and options for decision-making.
• Work closely with executive leadership to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

The Event Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role within the events marketing section, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of various marketing and PR initiatives. Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns:

• Manage and execute digital campaigns including paid search, display and social media ads.

Event Owner:

• Oversee the entire event marketing process, from initial planning to post-event activities.

Media Outreach:

• Identify and liaises with suitable media outlets for press releases, social media, email and digital marketing publication considering geographical relevance and budget constraints.

2. Office Operations & Experience

. Act as the primary HR and office operations contact in the KSA office.

. Maintain a positive and organized office environment, ensuring it is presentable, functional, and aligned with company standards.

. Support in managing office supplies and general office upkeep.

. Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, etc.) when required.

. Support travel logistics for employees when needed, in coordination with HR and Procurement.

3. Employee Relations & People Experience

. Communicate HR policies, guidelines, and updates clearly to KSA employees.

. Serve as a trusted on-ground HR representative, escalating issues as necessary.
