Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial and operational models to support strategic decisions.
- Assist with procurement and logistics of mining equipment (selection, delivery coordination, cost tracking).
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics:
– NFT pricing
– automatic shutdown system
– “miner in installments” product
- Develop and update profitability and cost-efficiency models for hosting services.
- Maintain several operational spreadsheets and dashboards, ensuring daily updates and 100% data accuracy.
- Prepare short reports, insights, and options for decision-making.
- Work closely with executive leadership to support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.
