Union Maritime is embarking on a transformative journey to secure its next generation of leaders, with the launch of a landmark graduate trainee scheme in Lagos and the immediate parallel build-out of a globally consistent programme in Singapore.

As our Global Early Careers Manager, you’ll be both architect and operational lead for this high-profile, cross-regional programme, shaping design, delivery, and long-term strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure a world-class graduate experience that builds our future leadership pipeline.

This role is central to our long-term talent strategy, requiring strategic vision, rigorous execution, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and diverse partner networks. APAC Community Lead - Layer 1 Blockchain Performance

Location: Remote - Global Remote - Preference for APAC region: Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Japan.

Compensation: $150K - $200K
