Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and travel policies via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide customers with information on flight schedules, pricing, and service regulations.
- Assist with bookings and modifications to existing reservations, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide customers with real-time updates and assistance.
- Stay informed about aviation trends and company offerings to better assist customers.
