DOF is pleased to announce an internal opportunity on board Skandi Asserter, as we continue to deliver safe and efficient offshore operations.

We are looking for a CRANE ENGINEER to join the vessel from 19th August 2026.
A handover period prior to embarking may be expected.

Rotation: 6 Weeks
Operational area: Currently on long term contract in Romania

As part of the crew on Skandi Asserter you will play an important role in day‑to‑day operations, contributing to safe execution of work and maintaining DOF’s high operational standards.

What's the role?

The role is based in Dubai, UAE and official job title would be Finance Manager - Transaction Accounting.

This position is responsible for leading and overseeing all transactional accounting activities across the organization, ensuring the accurate, complete, and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with IFRS, company policies, and internal control requirements. The role manages key accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury accounting, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations, while supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Key responsibilities include:

Transaction Accounting Management

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day transactional accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank and cash transactions, Intercompany transactions and reconciliations, Employee expense accounting, Fixed asset accounting support.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
