Role Summary

The Business Analyst (BA) serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and technology partners. This role translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements, manages analytics and reporting intake, and supports Agile delivery as a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate is comfortable facilitating Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting data and reporting issues, and driving clarity in ambiguous environments.
