We are building the critical infrastructure required to bring the "real world" to Ethereum. Our mission is to provide the rails for Wall Street to operate on-chain, moving the global financial system into the 21st century.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the brand’s evolution as we prepare to reveal a series of groundbreaking products in 2026. This is a role for a storyteller who understands that for us to win, Ethereum must win—and you will be the one articulating that victory to the world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans ensuring alignment with VHA strategy and mission.
• Conduct detailed analysis and research to support strategic planning activities.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights into strategic direction and project progress.
• Implement change management strategies to support new initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to RFP, SOW, and IRT risk assessment/mitigation plan.

• Organize kick-off and alignment meetings with stakeholders.

• Define IRT project requirements, data transfer specifications, and communication plan.

• Validate IRT study documents (protocol, plans, manuals) and microplanning. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and review test plans for patient management.

• Oversee IRT vendor activities, meeting minutes, and issue logs.

• Ensure proper data transfer, reconciliation, and final quality control before IRT closure.

• File IRT study documentation in eTMF and contribute to lessons learned review.

What you will do:

We are looking for a Referral & Ambassador Manager to grow GoMining’s referral ecosystem through ambassadors, communities, bloggers, and influencers.

The main goal of this role is to attract active referrers, help them launch successfully, reach their first purchases, and scale their contribution to revenue. This position combines partnerships, community work, growth experimentation, and structured CRM management.

Responsilities

• Identify and attract ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to join the GoMining referral program.
• Work with crypto communities across X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.
• Communicate directly with partners: onboarding, explaining product value and referral mechanics.
• Guide partners to their first active referrals and purchases.
• Test and validate hypotheses related to partner types, formats, geographies, and acquisition channels.
• Collect feedback from both active and inactive / declined partners to improve the referral program.
• Maintain and update partner pipelines in CRM systems (Monday CRM is a strong plus).
• Collaborate with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to scale referral-driven revenue.
