You will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the support they need in Slovak.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries related to construction services, project details, and service availability via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak.
- Provide information on construction processes, timelines, and pricing structures.
- Assist customers with quotes, contracts, and project updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to provide updates and clarify customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively assist customers.
