About the role:

Reporting into the Director of Sales, Ontario, this B2B role involves managing merchant relationships and working directly with business owners, finance managers, and sales agents across Eastern Canada who wish to use our consumer financing platform. To be successful in this role, you will need to be motivated, organized, detail-oriented and focused on customer service above all else. You are an enthusiastic, team player with a positive attitude, and are regarded as a strong and personable communicator. Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Director of Market Access Operations is responsible for participating in the management of company's goals for contractual relationships and financial achievements with payers (insurers, managed care organizations, medical groups, federal, state, and local governmental entities, and other third-party payer-related entities). The role will analyze and assess existing and prospective payer relationships, needs, and development to support evidence-based decision-making and optimal revenue improvement and growth.
