Wat ga je doen?  

Als Business Change Consultant ben jij de spil tussen de klant en ons HSO team, taken die hierbij horen zijn het in kaart brengen van de omvang van veranderingen en het ontwikkelen, uitwerken en uitvoeren van effectieve change-aanpakken. Je stelt gedetailleerde veranderplannen op, voert interviews met stakeholders binnen gebruikersorganisaties om trainings- en adoptiebehoeften af te stemmen, en coördineert en voert Business change werkzaamheden uit. Je werkt nauw samen met ons projectteam én het projectteam van de klant om ervoor te zorgen dat veranderingen soepel en succesvol worden doorgevoerd.  
Je maakt deel uit van het Business change team waarin je samenwerkt aan de doorontwikkeling van onze Business change aanpak voor succesvolle, meetbare resultaten bij onze klanten.

IT Infrastructure Management:

● Provisioning of infrastructure components for supporting business services

● Developing, configuring, and deploying tools to be used by SRE/DevOps teams

● Developing and maintenance of system documentation

● Change Management: Determining and validating new features and updates for the

managed infrastructure Site Availability, Reliability and Serviceability

● Handling support escalation issues and incident reviews

● Availability and Performance Monitoring

● Service Recovery and Emergency Response

● Capacity Planning

● Automated Infrastructure Provisioning (Infrastructure as Code) DevOps
