The IT Asset Management Subject Matter Expert will provide both strategic advisory support and hands-on expertise in process design, requirements analysis, policy documentation, governance development, roadmap planning, and future-state operating model development. The ideal candidate has deep experience across both hardware asset management and software asset management and can help stakeholders translate complex ITAM challenges into practical, scalable, and compliant solutions.

This role will serve as a senior analytical and coordination resource, supporting the Program Manager and acting as a deputy/backup when needed. The ideal candidate has experience supporting federal IT or management consulting programs, developing client-ready strategic and governance deliverables, analyzing complex program information, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate above a task-tracking function by helping shape recommendations, synthesize findings, document decisions, and support the development of practical frameworks, plans, and materials for a maturing enterprise ITAM program.
