The selected candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, environmental compliance, and safe handling of hazardous substances such as asbestos, lead, or contaminated waste.

This role requires proven expertise in hazardous waste classification, handling, and disposal in accordance with EU and national regulations.

Additionally, you will ensure that technology is utilized to maximize the productivity of staff and ensure that they are well-effective and productive. You are an organized, reliable, and results-driven professional with a practical mind to solve problems on the spot, and the ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements.

  • This is an in-office position that will report to our Richardson, Texas
  • International travel, 1-2 weeks per quarter
  • Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • On call one weekend per month

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the dismantling of industrial facilities within a high-demand, safety-critical environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with the project scope, timeline, budget, and safety standards. 

The Project Manager will be located in Thessaloniki and will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the key liaison between the client, the engineering teams, and company leadership. Senior Project Manager

On behalf of our client we are recruiting a results-driven professional to join the on-site team in the role of Senior Project Manager to lead local and international team members to the successful completion of assigned scope as part of the Project Management Office reporting.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

The Senior Project manager will report directly to the Project Director and has as main accountabilities:

·        Develop and provide strategic direction over assigned scope and ensure execution in alignment with the overall project goals

·        Establish a framework and methodology for execution of and monitoring of scope in alignment the project governance in various contacting environments including governance of EPCs

·        Assign projects to personnel functioning as deputy project managers and project engineers

·        Accountable for the on time and on budget execution of assigned projects requiring collaboration with outside groups such as construction, engineering and project controls

·        Manage and oversee contract administration and contract monitoring functions for the provision of services from EPCs and other contractors

·        Supervise, direct and accountable for the direct output of each member of the project team
