We are looking for multiple ROV Supervisors to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, overseeing the safe and efficient execution of a wide range of offshore projects.

As an ROV Supervisor, you will lead, support and develop ROV personnel while supervising the operation and maintenance of assigned ROV Systems. You will be responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, promoting clear communication, and ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Leading by example is essential, as you will set the standard for operational excellence, teamwork, and the wellbeing of everyone involved in the ROV operations.

You will work directly with the International Call Center Director to build and oversee the daily operations of our growing, effective, impactful retail support center. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

As the Call Center Manager, you will supervise daily operations and personnel, aiming for superb, confident, cordial, friendly, yet professional customer service, with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
