This role is for someone who already understands recruitment. You should have previous experience from agency recruitment, international recruitment or another fast-paced recruitment environment where sourcing, candidate management, KPIs and placements are part of your everyday work.

You'll have plenty of support from the team, but we're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their own desk and driving their own results.

About the Role

As an International Freelance Recruiter, you'll manage your own candidate pipeline and recruit primarily for language-based roles across Europe.

You'll be expected to work proactively, understand where your candidates need to come from and take responsibility for moving your recruitment processes forward.

During your first three months, you'll receive paid onboarding and training while learning our clients, processes and tools. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis with no earning cap.

You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week to the role.

After the onboarding period, you'll transition to an uncapped commission model, where your earnings are directly linked to your results.
