You will own the full BA lifecycle: from deep-dive stakeholder interviews through to solution design, development oversight, and successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements

– Conduct structured interviews and workshops with business users to elicit, challenge, and validate requirements

– Build strong relationships across business units to become a trusted advisor and bridge to the technology team

– Facilitate requirements sign-off and manage stakeholder expectations throughout delivery

User Journey & Solution Design

– Map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) user journeys, identifying pain points and opportunity areas

– Apply design thinking principles — empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test — to arrive at user-centred solutions

– Build and iterate low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate concepts with business users before development begins

– Design and document end-to-end processes with rigour, using standard notation (BPMN, swimlane diagrams, or equivalent)
