Reservations Agent, Luxury hotel in Limassol

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a 5* luxury hotel in Limassol, a Reservations Agent.

The successful candidate will handle reservation requests from multiple channels (email, telephone, digital portals), aiming to maximize hotel revenue, enhance the pre-arrival guest experience, and ensure accuracy of information in the hotel PMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Identify guest needs and determine the appropriate room type.
  • Verify availability, explain policies, and accommodate special requests.
  • Input and manage reservation data accurately in the system.
  • Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support colleagues as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (degree in hotel management is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel reservations.
  • Excellent English (Greek & Russian a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation systems.
