This role is instrumental in providing high quality services to our customers. The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating on-site services – before, during, and after the visit. This includes reviewing Work Orders for accuracy, dispatching technicians, and generating RMA’s. The Project Coordinator will interact closely with Project Managers, as well as Field Technicians. Your job is to do everything you can in order to ensure on site service visits go as smooth as possible. Responsibilities also include gathering and checking important info before the installation, assistance to your fellow Field Operations team members, and occasionally other tasks as assigned.
