We are building a platform that sets the standard for how regulated blockchain applications enforce transaction rules directly at the smart contract layer. Our system empowers teams to create modular, programmable policies (like AML/CFT checks or off-chain collateral requirements) enforced with cryptographic guarantees before a transaction executes on-chain. We are seeking a Protocol Lead to own the entire smart contract suite, driving robust, scalable risk management for real-world use cases.

As the Protocol Lead, you will have full ownership of the architecture, development, and maintenance of our core smart contract suite. You will be the team's blockchain subject matter expert, defining security best practices, managing audits, and building tooling for seamless integration. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, security leadership, and cross-ecosystem research (EVM and non-EVM).

We are seeking an experienced APAC Community Lead to significantly expand our presence and mindshare across the Asia Pacific region.

You will be responsible for leading the entire community strategy for the APAC region, focusing on identifying, onboarding, and managing a powerful network of regional advocates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Backed by General Catalyst and Susquehanna International Group, we are a small team providing institutional-grade reliability for a protocol handling billions in volume.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior or Lead Smart Contract Engineer to help scale our protocol as we expand to hundreds of markets and billions in daily volume. You will work directly with our founding team (backgrounds from Harvard, Bridgewater, and BlackRock) to architect and implement critical protocol upgrades and new market mechanisms for the next generation of on-chain derivatives.

This is not a junior role. We need an expert who has built and maintained perpetual Decentralized Exchange (DEX) smart contracts in production at scale.
