We are seeking a Quantitative Trading Analyst to architect and upgrade the risk management engine securing our protocol. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Traditional Finance (TradFi) derivatives and DeFi market structures. Your mandate is to quantify protocol risk rigorously, designing systems that support high-leverage trading while mathematically ensuring absolute protocol solvency.

Responsibilities

Senior Validator Engineer (Solana)

Location: Remote - Europe only

As a Senior Validator Engineer, you will spearhead our engineering efforts surrounding the Solana Validator (both Agave and Firedancer), driving the innovation and implementation of next-generation high-performance distributed systems. You will join a highly proficient team of core engineers who have all contributed to foundational network components.

GoMining has been building Bitcoin mining infrastructure since 2021. Today, our data centers provide around 1.5% of global BTC mining output.

Our core product is digital miners — assets backed by real mining equipment in our facilities. This makes mining accessible, transparent, and profitable for users worldwide, regardless of technical knowledge or investment size.

As the crypto industry becomes mainstream, we developed a new B2B integration tool:

a loyalty engine that works like “perpetual cashback” for retail customers.

How the product works

• A customer purchases a premium product: jewelry, gadget, car, travel package, etc.
• Together with the purchase, the customer receives a digital miner (embedded in the receipt or provided as a gift).
• The miner starts generating daily BTC rewards directly to the customer’s wallet.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior or Lead Smart Contract Engineer to help scale our protocol as we expand to hundreds of markets and billions in daily volume. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth and a Co-founder, you will be the first dedicated Go-to-Market hire, tasked with building the playbook for scaling to $1B+ daily volume. This is not a traditional sales role—you will own entire growth verticals, demanding a scrappy, execution-focused hustler who thinks strategically and has a deep understanding of on-chain trading.
