The Director of Market Access Operations is responsible for participating in the management of company's goals for contractual relationships and financial achievements with payers (insurers, managed care organizations, medical groups, federal, state, and local governmental entities, and other third-party payer-related entities). Responsibilities:

·        Implement Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management & related Atlassian products for Infosysta Clients as a complete solution such as Collaboration Solution, Tracking System, Agile Project Management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, Task Management, and more.

·        Configure & Integrate Jira & related Atlassian products with Client systems.

·        Provide Customer Support on-site or remote with high Quality of Service on Atlassian. Products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).

·        Collaborate actively with Developers & Technical Analysts in Infosysta in order to deliver the final project for Clients.
