Compensation: $140K - $280K

We are seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to join our founding engineering team. As a full-stack generalist, you will play a critical role in developing the "last mile" delivery infrastructure for cutting-edge drugs like cell/gene therapies and biologics.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work across the entire technology stack—frontend, backend, AI infrastructure, and DevOps. Given the compound nature of our product, you will frequently collaborate on short-lived, high-impact project teams focused on specific problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outlining the 0-to-1 of project requirements, goals, and roadmaps based on customer needs in the healthcare space.
  • Defining complex agentic architectures within a demanding, highly-regulated industry.
  • Wrangling a wide variety of cutting-edge agentic AI infrastructure to accelerate drug breakthroughs.
  • Leading end-to-end implementation to deliver fast, high-quality iterations to our healthcare customers.
