We are seeking a talented Business Operations & Compliance Manager to join our team and help shape the future of decentralized finance, reporting directly to the VP of Business Operations.

You will be the key owner of our global compliance and security posture, designing and implementing policies to reduce risk and support sustainable growth in a high-growth technology environment. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner with technical, business, and legal teams to embed operational excellence across the organization.
