UVO operates and develops a fleet across Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs), Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels (AHTS) and accommodation vessels / flotels.

The business is actively developing its fleet and commercial platform, creating an opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take a leading role.

The Role

UVO is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to lead the commercial strategy and chartering activities of the offshore business.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' commercial experience within the offshore vessel industry, with strong direct experience in PSV, AHTS and/or accommodation vessels / flotels.

The role will have responsibility for maximising vessel utilisation and commercial returns, originating new business, managing key client relationships and leading negotiations from initial opportunity through to contract award.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strong relationships within the offshore industry with the commercial and analytical ability to assess opportunities, negotiate contracts and drive profitable growth.

The IT Budget Analyst will provide research and analytical support to the IT-Non-IT Workgroup (ITW) within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role is critical in facilitating the IT and non-IT-related initiatives by offering comprehensive research, analysis, and report preparation for decision-making.

The IT Budget Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate delivery of project goals by supporting funded and unfunded IT/non-IT initiatives within VHA. This individual will engage in frequent interaction with VHA IT governance bodies and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of key projects.

We are looking for a Financial Manager who will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational finance across multiple business units.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
You will work across finance, operations, product, and management teams to ensure financial transparency and efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the assigned business perimeter.
• Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue.
• Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors.

Tax & Compliance

• Support US Sales & Use Tax and B&O Tax reporting processes.
• Assist with Corporate Income Tax compliance and tax-related reporting.
• Coordinate payroll tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions.
• Partner with the US CFO during month-end and year-end close activities.
