Gritter Francona is looking for a VA Program Manager. The VA Program Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and execution support for complex enterprise healthcare initiatives supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The Tiger Analytics looking for as experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialist to provide support during our migration from SAS to Dataiku. This role requires mandatory three days onsite. The consultant will partner with our Platform, Analytics, and Business teams to assess readiness, guide stakeholders, support adoption activities, and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

The Organizational Change Management SME shall assist the Government by providing recommendations as to implementation timelines for the remaining implementation areas: VBA Compensation and Pension, VBA VR&E, VBA Insurance, VHA remainder of Central Office, VHA VISNs and VHA Medical Centers, as well as Enterprise Acquisitions based on requirements.
