Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in investment banking/real estate financing to lead our financial operations, drive corporate financial strategy, and ensure sustainable growth. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, capital structure optimization, and regulatory compliance, while also playing a critical role in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in real estate financing

• Strong Experience in leading fundraising operations (debt/equity) and communicating with investors and investment funds

• Excellent experience in raising funds through debt by launching funds and issuing bonds/sukuk.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Senior Site Technician - Bitcoin Mining

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Technician to join our team at a Bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma.
You will be responsible for maintaining ASIC miners, electrical infrastructure, and cooling systems — ensuring maximum uptime and safe operations.


Responsibilities

  • Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ASIC miners (Bitmain, MicroBT, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain electrical distribution, PDUs, and cooling systems to ensure continuous site operation.
  • Diagnose and resolve miner performance issues, hashboard faults, and power irregularities.
  • Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of new miners and supporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct network setup and monitoring for ASICs and management systems.
  • Maintain accurate logs of repairs, replacements, and downtime events.
  • Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and junior technicians to ensure operational targets are met.
  • Uphold site safety and compliance standards at all times.
