Join our team as a Crewing Coordinator
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Crewing Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll be the key point of contact for offshore personnel coordination across our Asia Pacific operations. You’ll manage mobilisation, compliance, and logistics for a wide range of vessel-based roles including Diving, ROV, Survey & Inspection, Marine Crew, and Supervisory teams.
Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate crewing requirements in line with project schedules and rotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore personnel and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation.
- Ensure crew competencies and certifications meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Coordinate visa applications and mobilisation logistics.
- Maintain accurate records across HR and crewing systems.
- Provide general personnel and administrative support.
