ALUMIL, a leader in the manufacturing of architectural aluminum systems, is seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

Your Role

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for conducting essential quality checks on incoming materials for the warehouse, as well as assessing profiles—be they architectural or industrial—and evaluating customer samples. Additionally, this role will oversee the quality assurance processes that ensure excellence in our production operations.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducts inspections in accordance with Alumil or customer specifications
• Identifies, assesses, and halts defective batches
• Evaluates whether equipment is causing quality issues
• Generates reports or certificates of compliance for customers or suppliers (3.1, PPAP, or Scanner reports)
• Reviews new samples of architectural or industrial profiles
• Determines the accuracy of scrap decisions made by Operators
• Inspects incoming materials for compliance
• Performs statistical analyses to assess supplier quality

A day at work

You are located in our headquarters in Kilkis and you are member of the Finance team. In your daily routine, you are responsible for gathering and evaluating information from the production departments and then analyzing the data in order to calculate the production cost correctly and accurately. The role helps ensure accurate cost tracking, supports cost calculation and forecasting activities, and provides insights that guide cost-effective decision-making. About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Officer will report directly to the German Team Leader and will be part of a team that is responsible for handling sales, including customer on-boarding, customer service queries and working alongside the collections team.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Provide customers with accurate information about the company's products, services and payments.
• Actively seeking new sales by executing appointed strategies and instructions.
• Comply with laws, rules, company policies, and procedures as required.
• Understand thoroughly the Bank’s products whilst ensuring that customers are always presented accurate information.
• Responding to any customer queries via email, SMS and phone
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with other Bank departments, especially Payments and Collections, to ensure transparent and efficient interaction.
• Support additional customer service inquiries.
• Promote a positive working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Involvement in production of Sales reports.
• Involvement in training and mentoring of other team members.
• Assist in documentation of the team’s Operational Procedures.
• Providing ideas and suggesting ways for the improvement of operational systems, processes and procedures.
• Execute ad hoc tasks as may be requested by the Head of New Markets.
