We are currently recruiting on behalf of an international ship management company, a global leader in the industry, a dynamic Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the navigation, communication and electronic systems on board vessels. More specifically, the Service Engineer will be providing equipment and service support for the navigation products and ensure cost efficient services and spare part supplies.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Software/Network Engineering or any other related field.
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc)
  • Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
  • Flexibility to travel frequently worldwide at short notice

More specifically, the Operations Officer will have to implement the full operations cycle from the enquiry to after sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Έλεγχος κατηγοριοποίηση και καταχώρηση τιμολογίων.
  • Παρακολούθηση υπολοίπων πελατών και προμηθευτών.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και προμηθευτές.
  • Συμμετοχή στα μηνιαία και ετήσια κλεισίματα.
  • Υποστήριξη γενικών εργασιών του λογιστηρίου με στόχο την ομαλή λειτουργία του τμήματος.
