We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join us at the cutting edge intersection of real-world payments and digital money, where you will deliver massive impact at a small, quickly growing company.

You will be a critical part of defining our technical and product roadmap, operating within an open and flat structure where you have the freedom to explore ideas and influence the company's vision. You will focus on scaling our infrastructure to handle millions of end-users globally while driving key architectural decisions for our rapidly evolving product.

Validator BD Lead - High-Performance Blockchain Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Europe or North America

Compensation: $140K - $150K

We are reengineering blockchain infrastructure from first principles to make global digital markets as precise and dependable as physical systems. Built on a leading high-performance blockchain, our platform delivers deterministic execution, guaranteed inclusion, and low-latency performance, solving foundational failures that plague current systems. We are building the reliability and control institutions demand, and we are seeking a Validator BD Lead to drive the adoption of this critical infrastructure across the validator ecosystem.

As the Validator BD Lead, you will own and drive the validator engagement strategy, serving as a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our go-to-market efforts and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet. You will lead efforts to build relationships with top-tier validators and ensure successful adoption of our infrastructure.

Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of active accounts, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. You will be responsible for navigating complex technical environments that combine APIs, cloud deployments, legacy systems, and regulatory requirements, driving upsells and securing long-term partnerships.

The organization is seeking a high-agency Software Engineer to join an elite, in-house engineering team. This individual will work directly with the Chief Technology Officer and will be responsible for owning product features from initial requirement definition through to production. Our platform enables leveraged trading of real-world assets (RWAs)—commodities, forex, indices, and stocks—alongside crypto, bringing global markets on-chain with full self-custody. Backed by General Catalyst and Susquehanna International Group, we are a small team providing institutional-grade reliability for a protocol handling billions in volume.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior or Lead Smart Contract Engineer to help scale our protocol as we expand to hundreds of markets and billions in daily volume. You will work directly with our founding team (backgrounds from Harvard, Bridgewater, and BlackRock) to architect and implement critical protocol upgrades and new market mechanisms for the next generation of on-chain derivatives.

This is not a junior role. We need an expert who has built and maintained perpetual Decentralized Exchange (DEX) smart contracts in production at scale.
