Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with account setup, transaction inquiries, and troubleshooting service issues.
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
