The role is accountable for defi ning how work fl ows end-to-end within and between departments, ensuring processes are scalable, effi cient, and increasingly enabled by AI and automation.

This role does not run day-to-day operations. Instead, it establishes the process architecture, standards, controls, and continuous improvement system that operational teams execute against.
