Role overview

Union Maritime is embarking on a transformative journey to secure its next generation of leaders, with the launch of a landmark graduate trainee scheme in Lagos and the immediate parallel build-out of a globally consistent programme in Singapore.

As our Global Early Careers Manager, you’ll be both architect and operational lead for this high-profile, cross-regional programme, shaping design, delivery, and long-term strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure a world-class graduate experience that builds our future leadership pipeline.

This role is central to our long-term talent strategy, requiring strategic vision, rigorous execution, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and diverse partner networks. Immediate priorities include executing the Lagos scheme launch in December 2025, managing recruitment for a September 2026 cohort, and ensuring the Singapore programme is designed and delivered to run alongside Lagos, mirroring our high standards and unified global approach.
