We are seeking an experienced Manager – UX/UI Designer to lead the user experience design process for digital products related to Open Finance. The role focuses on creating intuitive, seamless, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for wireframing, prototyping, usability testing support, and UI design, while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with both user needs and business goals.

In this Senior QA Engineer role, you will design and execute software testing plans for various key customer-facing and internal applications. You should be self-motivated, creative, proactive, ready to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, including muptiple platforms and a distributed architecture. The engineering team are seeking talented Design Engineers based in either the Americas or San Francisco to own and elevate the user-facing experience of this rapidly growing platform. Our client views developer experience as a core product philosophy and obsesses over intuitive design and polished interfaces. This role is ideal for a deeply technical individual who possesses a sharp eye for aesthetics and the ability to build features end-to-end, with a heavy focus on frontend excellence (approximately 70%) and a supporting contribution to the backend (approximately 30%).

About the Role

RTG is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Design to lead our UI/UX function across digital products, platforms, and client solutions. This role is responsible for defining and driving the design vision, ensuring the delivery of user-centered, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences aligned with business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology strategy.

You will act as the senior design authority, lead and grow a high-performing UI/UX team, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

VHA supports and provides medical care for VA’s eligible beneficiaries through the VA health program, which includes VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) and contracted health care networks. The Office of Clinical Informatics within the Office of Health Informatics (OHI), Digital Health Office (DHO) advances the enterprise standard of care and patient experience using improved data, tools, and informatics processes organized around continuously delivering value to its customers. This is achieved through Lean-Agile delivery of clinical practice solutions that support best practice standards for clinical care. OHI is further responsible for ensuring the success of the modernized VA EHR, Oracle Health Millennium/Cerner through continuous exploration, integration, deployment and release on demand of Integrated Health Technology (IHT) solutions. These efforts aim to increase Veterans' access to care and support their active participation in their healthcare.
