About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong hands-on Salesforce experience to join our growing team on a 3-month remote contract.

We are looking for a CX Writer to join our team and help create clear, engaging, and customer-centric experiences across digital and customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will combine strong writing and communication skills with a solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX), customer journeys, Voice of Customer (VOC), and user needs. You will work closely with CX, Product, UX/UI, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to turn customer insights into effective content and communication.

Own the customer experience strategy, roadmap and delivery for the active ecommerce partners - so every end user interaction with the partners’ online platform, is responsive, convenient and up to expectations. Fuelling tech roadmap pipeline via customers’ feedback and ecom internal functions business requirements aiming for better experience, more GMV and lower costs

Leverage scale of active partners to develop collabs and deals across marketing automation, CRM & other tools for the benefit of both RTG & partners

Active participation in building solid CX plans with Ventures Director to activate new potential prospects
